Stayed here 7 years ago & was not disappointed this time either. Rooms were good sized, but balconies are tiny, so don’t pay extra for one.

4pc bathroom suite, plenty of storage space in rooms & free safety deposit box. Restaurant was lovely, not catering particularly to the British. Instead, there were plenty of choices of good wholesome Italian cooking, seafood, Rabbit, Veal, Pasta, etc.

Pool area is lovely, plenty of sunbeds with their own canopy, spotlessly clean, pool bar & kitchen, shaded seating area, poolside toilets & pool towels provided.

Location was a 15 minute walk from the main part of Sorrento, but this suited us as there are many bars & restaurants here too to explore. Free shuttle bus 4 times daily into main town. great holiday overall, we’d return again.

We traveled to Sorrento for a friend’s wedding & stayed here due to price. I have nothing bad to say about the bungalows but it is just not suitable for families with little kids!

My two are aged 6 & 3 & the roads were not made for walking with kids. Very steep hill up to location from Piazza Tasso. However only a 10 minute walk away!

Very friendly staff & food in the restaurant & pool bar was great & cheap!

Rooms cleaned every day. Very dark rooms with the trees all around but this meant no air conditioning was needed as was very shaded.

This was our first visit to Italy & we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. The breakfast was a continental buffet with cereal, toast, jam, marmalade, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, danish pastries, cakes, fruit juices, tea & coffee. For two Euros you can order eggs & bacon & for a little extra can add on beans, mushrooms, etc.

Stayed in the Palme Suite of the Royal Garda hotel on Lake Garda. I booked last minute with Inghams Travel and got a two for one deal with the hotel allocated on arrival so not sure what to expect.

The Principe Palace in Lido de Jesolo, Italy is an excellent hotel. Staff are friendly & helpful. Couldn’t fault the food – something to suit all, however willing to accommodate any changes as we asked for something specific for our child.
