Palme Suite and Royal Hotels – Garda – Italy

Stayed in the Palme Suite of the Royal Garda hotel on Lake Garda. I booked last minute with Inghams Travel and got a two for one deal with the hotel allocated on arrival so not sure what to expect.

I was very pleasantly suprised. The room was very spacious & clean, free air conditioning & a free safe. The food was buffet breakfast, typical bread rolls, cold meats, cheese & fruit but well presented. Really pleasant staff and nothing was too much trouble. The evening meal was waiter service with 3 courses, a good choice & great service from very friendly staff.

The hotel’s location was great – set in a lovely location with plenty of flowers & trees. The pool was great & cleaned every night. It was a short pleasent walk through a park to the town. We would certainly visit the hotel again & hope that anyone visiting has as good a time as we did, all the other guests were pleased too.
