Pontalaia Apartments – Sagres – Algarve

The apartments are clean, spacious & well equipped. There are both one & two bedroom apartments. Ours was listed as overlooking Sagres, but we could only see Sagres from the the kitchen window.

The balcony overlooked the car park & the access road to the complex. We weren’t bothered by noise from the cars but did feel a little on show when sitting on the balcony as it was situated directly over reception.

There were two more blocks of apartments that overlooked the pool area. The pool (smallish size) area was clean & attractive but with only six sunbeds, so not really set up for sunbathing. I expect most people spend their days on the lovely beaches, the nearest one about a 5-10 minute walk away.

The staff were friendly & efficient & I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Nice last minute holiday at a good price.
