Melia Cayo Coco – Cayo Coco – Cuba – Caribbean

Just returned from a two week stay at Melia Cayo Coco. Was unsure of what the standard of hotel would be in Cuba but we were delighted with our stay & would highly recommend it. The food was excellent with a massive choice for all meals. It was freshly cooked & the quality was excellent including the service provided by the staff in the resturant.

We had a standard room which was lovely & big, everything you might need for a good stay. The maid did an excellent job & was also friendly. Hotel entertainment was fine, nothing wonderful but that did not matter to us. A very relaxing holiday with lovely beaches and no problems getting sunbeds.

Went on a couple of trips out, overnight to Havana which I would not recommend for the price. Perhaps better to do the one day trip. Otherwise a lovely holiday & I would return again to the same hotel.
