Aqua Hotel – Icmeler – Turkey

The Aqua hotel in Icmeler is in a suberb location. It’s difficult to say anything negative about the hotel. The staff are very polite & welcoming, rooms are always cleaned to an high standard every day.

Fitted carpets in the hotel makes the place very quiet so no noise at night. The food is not up to 5 star quality but is OK, and also the layout of the restauraunt is baffling – it’s a long walk to all sections before you sit down. The only proper negative point was the so-called entertainment which was dire. The comedy show was an insult to our intelligence and it consisted of dragging people from the audience onto the stage to make fools of them which is not funny at all, & then they have the nerve to try & sell you bingo tickets at 20lira [£10] for a strip of 6 to win 30 lira [£15].

So would I return? Yes, if the food was better & they’d shot the entertainment staff.
