Doganay Beach Club Hotel  – Alanya – Turkey

I read some negative reports on this hotel, but I can only assume that some people can complain of anything. The hotel was very clean & the staff extremely pleasant & helpful.

The food was good to very good at times (If you don’t want to eat Turkish style food, don’t go). I would have to say that I would not rate it a 5* hotel, although you get what you pay for & what you get is of good quality.

The hotel is close to Alanya & the hotel’s free bus service is available. Go outside the hotel to book any package holidays (cheaper). I would recommend this hotel for people wanting to experience the Turkish Med.

Turquoise Hotel – Olu Deniz  – Turkey

Qwing to a mix up with the rooms we were upgraded to a suite & all inclusive. We were waiting for the catch – but there wasn’t a one. The suite was excellent & spacious.

The staff were all brilliant, rooms cleaned, sheets changed every single day. Very honest cleaning staff who were totally trustworthy & hard working; so were the rest of the staff. Very friendly, very tentative & the food was beautiful. …

The Kivanc suites in Yalikavak is directly on the beach front. Ideal for families, clean & quiet.

The pool area is plush with great gardens. There is a massage room which is excellent. The restaurant serves good food & provides a bar service & snacks all day around the pool & beach. The hotel provides quality sunbeds around the pool & on the beach.

Kivanc is definitely not on a hillside as per the other reviews these posts have obviously been posted on the wrong hotel! Kivanc is the perfect location for a family holiday & positioned well to explore the penninsular.

The staff are accommodating & friendly an all round excellent location.Will be returning next holiday.

We stayed at these apartments in May & had an absolutely brilliant holiday.

We have been to Turkey many times but I can honestly say that this was one of the best holidays yet.

The location was brilliant (2 streets back from the beach). The staff were great & could not do enough for you.

The cleaner was excellent, she came in every day (even when we arrived & had only been in room for two hours she came in to clean it). Food was fab.

We definitely would return to Atlantis & would recommend it to any one going to Marmaris. Brilliant holiday package!

We have traveled the world over the years but the Asur hotel (and apartments which we have also stayed in) is without exception as close to a little bit of Eden as you will find.

Habib & Hussain’s attention to detail & levels of care are exceptional.

Breakfast is a must, the pools are superb & the hotel grounds are just incredible. A couple of hours in a hammock listening to the sounds of the river is truly good for the soul.

We’ve already booked a holiday package here for next year

My family stayed at Atlantik for two weeks & we returned home last night. Nice package holiday overall.

Rooms very nice, clean & bright. Kitchen suitable for a self catering holiday as we tend to eat out in the many cheap bars etc very nearby. Bathroom, Shower toilet & a sink, what more do you need? Plenty big enough.

Lift had a few problems but nothing to write about. Pool cleaned every night & chemicals added.

Bar, Good service, music playing in the day & evening & if you wanted any type of music Danny would play it for you. Food very nice, we never ate there much but when we did we were more than happy & the Bar-B-Q evenings were superb. …

With all inclusive you have to pay again. When I asked at the bar if there are some drinks for all inclusive clients, the answer was “You have to pay”. Even for water I had to pay again.

The food is almost the same every day, if you want to eat meat you have to come early & to queue else you get no meat.

There are no entertainment possibilities.

The hotel staff is extremely rude – I tried to talk about the complaints with a manager of the hotel & she started laughing & continued to talk Turkish with her colleagues! …
