Perdikia Hill Apartments – Ovacik – Turkey

Perdikia Hill is a cracking little hotel. It is only about 800m from the water park in Ovacik but the drawback about this hotel is the hill you have to climb up to reach it - it’s a killer in 45C heat.

We were self catering but did eat a few times in the hotel & it was OK. There is entertainment about 3-4 times a week & as there are only about 40 people in the hotel, the chances are you will get picked. The staff are very approachable & will help you with anything you need - we exchanged our money at the hotel as it was better than the anywhere else.

The cleaning staff made up our ‘bed with flowers & petals every day. The rooms are spacious with two balconies (ours had cracking views) and they were big too. Most of the guests were British with a few Turkish also there.

This hotel would suit families with children in the 5 – 14 age range but the hill could cause problems for people with walking difficulties. Would I return? You bet I would!
