Best Oasis Tropical Hotel – Mojacar – Costa De Almeria

Mojacar Playa is a Spanish resort. By that I mean it is extremely popular with Spanish holiday makers. If that is an issue please don’t go as the Best Oasis hotel is also a popular stop for Spanish holiday makers. We went & to tell the truth it is not at all bad.

We paid under £250 for a week, half board but not including the flights & it is a bargain at that price. The hotel is very clean as is the pool area. The pool itself was quite cold although I think the european Politicians have some silly rules regarding maximun temperatures these days. I certainly would not imply this hotel is mean & tight. The opposite in fact. Everything about it is generous.

The rooms, the amount of food supplied, the drink portions at the bar, all are really good sizes. There is a spa too which can be visited for 5 euros per person. The hotel is opposite the beach & that is nice too I guess. We asked for a sea view & we got it and it was a cracking view. There is a fridge too & they supply you with a few free bottles of pop.

The area is quiet but there is a bus which takes you to the bars & restuarants for 1 euro. To sum up, the Best Oasis Tropical is very good value for money if you want R&R & don’t mind the language barrier!
