Noelia Sur Hotel – Playa de las Americas – Tenerife

When you are fully inclusive, you can only use the downstairs bar which shuts at 22.30, or you have to pay in the bar upstairs. I paid three euro to use the sauna downstairs, the boards were broken, no coals on the fire and it was dirty.

When you are fully inclusive, the food, chips & burgers, is left out for you in the downstairs bar and you have to use a plastic knife, fork and plate. The waiters do not want to serve you, only the paying customers. Also when the paying customers order food, theirs is fresh from the kitchen with the correct cutlery.

There are two sittings at tea time, 6. 30 & 8. 30, you cannot change the time after the first night, we saw the waiters turn people away, not really good on holiday! Our opinion is that you are treated like a secound class citizen when you are fully inclusive at Noelia Sur. If you were paying, it was £9 for a fanta & a vodka & coke.
