Kaan Apartments – Marmaris – Turkey

I have been going to the Kaan Apartments for years & the bar staff know me very well as I know them very well. OK, I admit the rooms are pink & basic but they are always clean the cleaner is in every single day. The staff are unreal they are there to help as much as they can. They aren’t there for your money as some people have said, just to make sure you basically enjoy your stay as they would like to see you again.

I have never had any problems at this hotel but I do know if you have any problems they will get sorted for you asap. For example when I was there in May, a couple with a baby were on the 3rd floor. I went over to Mehmet for them as I heard them say they didn’t like being on the 3rd floor and straight away they moved them to the first floor where they were much happier.

All the food at this hotel is out of this world I have had everything from the menu & it’s gorgeous plus if you like lasagne you are in for a treat! Marmaris beach is about 5 mins walk, the harbour & stuff about 35 mins walk but you can always get the bus down very cheaply. Along the front is a lovely walk. I would deffo put a 4-5 star on this just for the staff and other bits mentioned – very really good!
