Tony Wheeler founder of Lonely Planet visits the South of Britain. While not very far in proximity Bath and Bristol are two very distinct cities. While Bath exudes old fashioned, historical, gentle surrounds and the famous tourist attracting Roman Baths, Bristol reveals a more gritty, industrial history where famous engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel carried out most of his ingenious work there.
