Bale is a medieval town riddled with ancient cobblestone alleyways where nothing ever really happens, but it’s the stillness & magical atmosphere that make it so alluring. Anja soaks up this quiet place and pops in to visit the “Stone Tales” bar where she discovers that it’s more than just a bar: it’s an open space for all who love performing. Went to the Pical Hotel during half term week. The hotel just needs a lick of paint on the outside. Bedrroms were small but eryclean & had everything in there that you needed. Word of warning – double-lock your bedroom door as we could open ours with a push on a single lock.
