Hotel clean, food excellent, lots of choice, some members of staff are very anti english, if you are non english you get pool view, and seated first in resturant., even when queing to be seeted you are ignored then you get pointed to your seat when others are seated. When i complained to thomson rep she was not aware said it was here first week in job and didnt seem interested. When speaking to other guests in hotel they all agreed that the english were not treated fairly. Would not use this hotel again and i pity anyone going.

I go on holiday aprox 5 times a year and have done for the last 12 years and this is without doubt one of the best 3 star hotels on the market for the whole pakage. From the moment you enter the hotel you are made to feel very welcome with cheery reception staff at the front desk the rooms are a tad small but have all the facilities required including British tv and are kept spottlessly clean, the bar staff are always on the ball usually after you have been up 2 or 3 times know exactly what you want to drink, there is also an extensive list of cocktails at the right hand side of the bar again the barstaff are game for a laugh, the dinning room has an great choice of foods with a roast being sliced at the end of the dining room most nights, the entertainers are absolutly brilliant taking control of kids from about 11.00 am till 22.00pm and also providing entertainment for adults all day long. I look forward to my next visit when the new rooftop jacuzzies and adult only bar will be open. Lastly I would like to thank Lindsy and her staff for saving my holiday as I was booked into the cambrills playa (SEE EARLIER REPORT)for the first three days and advise all the readers of this page to book the hotel direct online as the hotel arrange free transfers and a free bottle of champagne on arrival P.S. this is not an advertisment it will save about £17 per person

Stayed during Easter Week, lovely quiet relaxing holiday, weather mild this time of year 60-70 degrees but expect the possibility of rain.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was absolutely lovely, comfortable beds (2 singles) and double bed settee which where a real bonus after a long day.

Found reception staff helpful, thanks Patricia.

The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff were very approachable. The entertainment was catering for very young children . No adult entertainment at all.The area was very quiet and limited to what you could do there unless you went into Salou, but it was the start of the season. The best place to eat out was a place in Cap Salou called Route 66. The staff and meals were excellent. The whole place is very expensive. I bought a vodka and coke and a malibu and pineapple at the pub within the hotel resort and was charged 14.50 euros.A bacardi brezzer was 6e. We bought carryouts and spent time playing cards on the balcony as you could not afford to spend an evening out . We had an OK time but we would not go back.

This is without doubt the worse hotel that I have ever stayed in and I go abroad 5times a year there was no choice of food no entertainment no pools open no sattelite tv only Spanish tv no tennis courts no putting and even no sun beds, the same person who served at the bar served your dinner I was booked to stay for a week and only stayed 3 days and had to move myself as my room company was of no help they offered me the same substandard hotel in another resort, it was not the fault of the staff as the hotel was not due open till May so the travel company should not have taken bookings for it

i have stayed at the hotel molinos park for the last four years and over these years there have been changes but for the better the all inclusive is great value for money and the hotel is clean and always has a nice smell even though there is a problem with the drainage system in salou itself the food is plentiful and always being exchanged for new it is not topped up as i have seen it in some hotels the location of the hotel is not suitable for people with difficulty in walking as it is on a hill but the surroundings are clean and cap salou is ideal for a quiet drink in one of the bars the staff are excellent and are only to pleased to accomodate where ever possible. The entertainment could be improved but is all right there is something going on in the evening but its mainly for the adults there could be more for the children i will be going back this year and taking my family with me and possibly for the next few years this hotel has had bad reviews in the past but i have never seen anything like as whats been described and i have stayed there for a least a month every year and will continue to do so
