Katerina & Makis could not do enough for us from the minute we arrived, they made us feel so welcome.

Our room was basic but very clean, bedding & towels were changed every other day. The cooker had two rings which took ages to warm up so we only made tea in the morning.

The apartments are tucked away off the main road very quiet, & the pool was very clean. A short walk to the tavernas & bars on the main road. Zak’s taverna is fabulous he is Katerina’s uncle. Also the rose garden taverna off the main road is very good too.

We had great holiday.

We stayed at this hotel for the last 10 days of the season & really enjoyed it. This was our 4th Mitsis hotel & my personal favorite so far, mainly to do with the really friendly staff & atmosphere.

The hotel is around 30 minutes walk/5 minutes bus ride away from Kos town & on a road with other big hotels but they are not on top of each other. There are a few taverns & shops, most of which were closed due in late Oct. There is a wide cycle path all the way into Kos town & it’s possible to hire bikes cheaply from the hotel.

Booked a studio last minute, absolutely spotless, with adequate kitchen facilities but who goes away to cook anyway? Food available from bar really nice & homemade chips; you don’t get them in many places.

A good twenty minutes to beach & main nightlife; can be hard going in the heat but worth it as it’s so peaceful when you get back on a night. No loud music so a good nights sleep. There were the usual quizzes, bingo, & a bit of karaoke if you wanted.

Makris is a beautiful apartment complex, family run & about a 10 minute walk from the beach at Arillas.

The pool is wonderful & the views from the apartments are spectacular. We could see the sunset from our balcony.

The food & drinks in the pool bar are very reasonably priced & the staff are extremely friendly & helpful: they particularly like it if you make a bit of effort to speak Greek.

We will be going back, as it is one of the best rooms we have ever had on holiday. Decent double bed & well-equipped kitchen, and nice little shower room, with plenty of hot water.

Having arrived at Sidari with Cosmos & was disappointed with the Cosmos Hotel, we moved to Three Brothers having met two sisters who were staying there & at this time highly recommended this hotel. On entry to reception we knew that we had made a very good decision. All the staff were very friendly & welcoming. The atmosphere in the hotel was good. The rooms were inviting, cozy, clean, warm & to be honest once inside the room we did not want to go out. You could not fault this hotel. Fantastic hotel.

The Kanali hotel and apartments are located in the Canal d’Amour area of Sidari (Peroulades, really) & enjoy a clifftop location above the main cove. There are two, 3-storey buildings in a “T” shape, with the apartments facing the sea & the studios at 90 degrees to the sea. At the opposite end of the apartment building is the pool & the Aquarius Bar/Restaurant. From here, across the coastal path are some steps down to a small beach (about 20 steps & a bit rickety). There is a larger beach at the other side of the cove, about 30 metres away.
