Snow Princess Hotel – Lapland – Other Destinations

The hotel was lovely. I wanted a traditional hotel rather than one with all mod cons. It was simple, clean & had all that myself & my 4 year old daughter needed. We were rarely in our room due to the hectic schedule of our holiday.

We are both fussy eaters yet managed to find food we liked each meal time from toast, cereals & cooked for breakfast & chips, pasta, soups, salad & fresh bread for other meal times. Drinks on offer were fruit juice, water & hot drinks including hot chocolate.

The location was idyllic. Not too isolated & not too busy. The grounds were big enough to sledge in. Staff were great & would do anything to help if needed, as were the First Choice reps. They were always about & couldn’t do enough for you.

My 4 year old enjoyed the Kid’s Club Christmas Party & once I had downed a few wines, the pub quiz & Gale night were a blast.

My only moan is the shower. It was freezing. I have heard however that if you showered midday when no-one else did the water was warm! I guess a holiday is what you make of it. We loved every minute. I would so return.
