Korona Hotel – Sunny Beach – Bulgaria

The Korona Hotel in Sunny Beach was very clean, maids were in the rooms daily for the two weeks we were there. Caretakers etc cleaned the pool every other day.

Breakfast was basic & was OK considering they have to cater for so many different nationalities. Unrealistic to expect British sausage, bacon, beans etc, but the Bulgarian version was not the greatest. However toast, salads, fruit, eggs etc were just fine.

Location was superb, far enough away from noisy nightlife – but only a short walk away from the centre & very close to the beach. The staff in the hotel were really nice, would accommodate any request – although weren’t too good when it came to alarm calls! Let us down twice but we had own alarm just in case – phew!
