Whilst we had a lovely stay we would probably book elsewhere next time – the Lindos View hotel was full of Brits & the hotel therefore catered to them, with English breakfast & Sunday roasts & it would have been nice to have more of a mix & more of an authentic Greek feel. …

We got married at the Atrium Palace resort in Kalathos last week. The hotel is lovely but it’s not really a 5star, even by foreign standards. It’s more like a 4 star but it is nice. The food is a bit repetitive but they let you swap dinners for lunches so you can eat out in Lindos which is lovely. …

The Lindia Thalassa apartment was spacious & very clean. Close to Pefkos beach & a short walk from the resort centre. Maid service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly. Air conditioning very expensive as you have to pay for each bedroom at a cost 127 euros for each room for two weeks. Entertainment ok but could have done with different acts - the animation team did their best but we got a little fed up with the same faces on-stage over the two weeks.

On arrival at reception, which was very friendly, we went immediately in a mini bus to our rooms. We then went to the restaurant which was just around the corner from our building and we were greeted by the restaurant manager who explained the dishes on offer & had a table especially laid for our party, even though food had finished as it was after 11pm at night. …
