We booked this holiday package last minute (two days before we left) & weren’t expecting much. When we arrived at the hotel it seemed lovely & was well situated right in the heart of San Antonio bays main strip.
The reception staff were great & on on arrival in our room were extremely pleased with the standard of the room & it’s cleanliness. The whole hotel was spotless with the pool area being cleaned every night along with the rest of the hotel.
The food was what you expect when you go to a 3 star hotel abroad. Its never going to be like the food back home. My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed it finding something different every night, no complaints there as long as you go with an open mind.
The staff were excellent, all bar staff remembered what we were drinking & would start pouring it when they saw us walking up to the bar. Were very friendly & had good chat. …
