The Palma Nova Hotel is a great hotel. Rooms cleaned everyday. Good choice of food & really tasty. Usual scramble for sunbeds, just gave up in the end & went to the beach. Walls are paper thin which does cause problems when you have a room full of boys next door! The entertainment team worked really hard & were very friendly. Overall really enjoyed & would return.
The Delfin Playa hotel itself is definately clean & spotless. No problems with any part of the hotel be it the rooms, restaurants or pool area. We were all inclusive based on breakfast 8-10am, lunch 12. 30-1400, & dinner 1900-2100. Drinks from bar 11am to 11pm. No pool bar but again the pool isn’t far from the main bar. No snacks between mealtimes available but that didn’t bother us in the slightest. Always a variety of food available at mealtimes. …

Firstly the positives. The room we had at the Don Bigote hotel, although a little dated, was spotlessly clean & the maids kept them that way, cleaning the room every da. Fresh towels are provided as & when you require them just couldn’t fault the maid service. The pool area was adequate although again it was rather in need of an upgrade. Location is fine - close to the sandy beach. …

I stayed in the Vista Nova Hotel in Palma Nova for 1 week - very clean, nice pool & surrounding area. Rooms small but ok. cleaning staff came in every day changed towels & made beds. We were in room 106 which had a sunny balcony all day which was great.
There is a buffet-style restaurant which we thought was really good, plenty of variety at all times. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The resort itself has plenty of pubs & clubs for all ages and we liked Pickwicks at the end of the strip next to the tobacco shop. I would recommend Sammys up the road from the hotel for lovely sandwiches & snacks at reasonable prices.
We have stayed in the Playas C Saboners Apartments twice now. We are a family with young children & they are perfect for us, right in the heart of Palma Nova with the beach a short walk away. The staff are very personable - we did have a issue with a group of lads next door, but it was sorted out very quickly by the hotel manager. There is entertainment most nights, some shows are better than others!. We would stay here again, but not in high season.
Lovely hotel for the price.Couldnt fault the staff.( not suitable for children) What a view. Will go back.

We had enough checked out.Walked up the beach front and spent the rest of our holiday at the Bahair hotel which i would highly recomend. we did not get compensated by the porta nova and had to pay

Stayed in the Voronova Hotel for a cheap winter AI weekend. Our room in the refurbished wing was spacious clean with a big balcony brand new bathroom. Except for b’fast which was OK, the food was really grim - except for the chips - with little choice, the worst AI we’ve ever had. Most of the guests in Jan were elderly Germans there was no evening entertainment. The indoor pool we were looking forward to was well truly out of action and the shop was closed. .

We Have Previously Stayed At Santa Lucia But Found The Standards And Service Have Gone Down The Food Was Very Repetitive Ok If You Like Fish And Veal Over And Over Again. The Thompson Rep We Had Dealings With Obviously Has No Customer Service Skills ,She Was Extremely Rude And Abusive To My Family .The Maids Did Not Bother To Speak To Anyone Most Of The Restaurant Staff Were Fairly Pleasant But Some Didnt Care If They Spoke Or Not There Was No Kiddies Food Section Apart From 1 Day And There Wre A Lot Of Children ,What The Poor Little Mites Found To Eat I Dont Know I Will Never Return To This Hotel Again And Neither Will My Family.I Do Not Recommend This Hotel If You Want A Stress Free Holiday .Shame It Used To Be Lovely
