The Beverley Hills Heights Apartments were very impressive & we had a bathroom each. The maids were always cleaning & changing sheets & towels & were polite & friendly.
What I really missed was a welcome meeting to tell us about the trips & recommendations. At least the kind reception staff were able to help us with our trips. …

Los Claveles is a resort in Los Cristianos, & the apartments are mostly private owners but you can rent them as we did. The apartments & complex are immaculate, the cleaning staff are on site from 8am til late. We were self catering but there is a restaurant on site as well as a pool bar; the food is very good!
Los Claveles is at the back of the resort. The staff are very helpful, from the cleaning staff to the management. There is entertainment every night in the night bar which was very good. Yes we would definitely return; perfect package holiday!

Just arrived home & we found the weather & hotel most relaxing as it was in the 80′s. However food we found was not that marvelous, sometimes we had a job to find something we liked, although we are not fussy eaters. It was not always displayed to look tempting & the slops in front of the food were not wiped. We found very few staff in the restaurant & the chef doing the omelets was also sorting out the tea & coffee machines. We never found hardly any people in the bar & as the hotel was only partly all inclusive we found that the people who were not fully inclusive didn’t want to sit with us. We did book only five days before we went but had a very nice big room overlooking pool & the sea in distance & was kept very clean. The entertainment not much, alright if you liked Eagles & Snakes, but the keyboard player was good. Overall it was a decent last minute holiday, minus the food.
