Hotel is definitely not 4 stars. Too expensive a package holiday. Could not fault room cleanliness but public areas especially the toilets left a lot to be desired.
Food was very boring & predictable & catered more for Eastern Europeans & Russians! Location lovely but only side sea views allocated to British guests. Why?
Staff you felt were working there under sufferance & very rarely smiled or spoke to guests. …
