The Lesse Studios in Hanioti are just as described in the brochure. Compared to others that we have stayed in in Greece they are of a very good quality, spotlessly clean & well equipped (by Greek hotel standards). We were met at the coach in Hanioti by the owners of the Hilltop hotel & checked in within minutes. The hotel has a very welcoming feel & everything looked clean & tidy. …

I arrived at the Hanioti Village hotel after meals had finished but was offered food & was then charged for a cold chicken kebab after paying for half board! The food was rarely hot so I dined out. I didn’t find the staff at all friendly, accommodation was basic but clean and it was also quite a walk to the village square. I would not book this hotel again, but Hanioti is a beautiful place for a holiday.
I stayed at Royal Kostas apartments in Polichrono from 4th May-11th May 2009. Party consisted of me (female 39) & my mum (62). Coach transfer was approximately an hour & a half from Thessaloniki airport. We arrived at the Royal Kostas at approximately 10pm at night. You are dropped off on the main road & then walk up a small slip road to the apartments. Straight away we were greeted & given our room keys & taken to our room. It was very swift getting into our room - did not have the usual delay handing in passports etc. …
