I was waited on hand & foot & nothing was too much trouble. My ankle had swelled after the flight & a massive bag of ice was bought to our room. just arrived back from two weeks at the Concorde El Salam hotel in Sharm & all I can say is that this hotel is excellent. The weather was really hot too – in the late 40′s.
