When we first arrived at the Stefanos Apartments we were greeted by some ‘over-friendly’ people who were basically just pervy PR’s who worked in the hotel bar. Our passports were taken along with a 50 Euro deposit, which never found its way back to us.

Stayed for 1 week last year in the Frida apartments on Crete and had the time of our lives! Hotel staff are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable! Donal, Conner and Steven the bar men are the best bar men ever and we can not wait for our 2 weeks this year. The hotel cleanliness was perfect and the night life was great! Would recommend you rent a quad bike from the quad dealer across the road from the Fridas to get up and down the hill! The food was great at the pool-side bar and I would recommend it to young adults. If older perhaps going in september when it’s a little quieter would be better.
