Sea Horse Hotel - Lesbos - Greece

Beware if you book a package holiday to the Sea Horse hotel in lesbos with Thomas Cook Online asthey will tell you that a sea view is no problem and it doesn’t mention a surcharge but if you are unlucky you will get the “castle” view. We could not blame the hotel staff as they are only given the accommodation codes a couple of weeks before you get there. Other than that, the Sea Horse is a great little hotel.

Dimitri, Stella, Gabrielle & Costas will make your stay special & even try to teach you Greek in a fun way.
The only downside was the room we were allocated and if we were told that we had the castle view (and the view of the bathroom in the property opposite) that wouldn’t have been so bad, however Thomas Cook made out that sea view was confirmed. We booked this 11 months in advance to make sure that we got a sea/Harbour view too so as you can imagine we were very disappointed.

If the hotel had not have been fully booked, Dimitri would have moved us as he wants his guests to be happy so when we book next time we will book direct with with the hotel. That said, it’s in an excellent location with great staff and is a very clean hotel.
