Marialena Village Apartments - Aghia Paraskevi - Skiathos

The wife and I have stayed 5 times at the Marialena and would not consider staying anywhere else in Skiathos. We found the appartments by accident, and what a find it was. The owners as well as the staff are fantastic, even had a lift off of the gardener one night back from town.

The attention to detail and the hospitallity are second to none. George the owner has one answer, “yes” - first class host. The apartments are spotless, as is the rest of the complex. Maria’s cooking is probably the best on the island, if you like Greek cuisine, with a fresh home cooked flair. The walk from the main drag to the appartments is as much of the night out as the dining/ drinking. We’ve heard other guests refer to the lane as the grizzly mile but most of these had very young children. Most other guests relish it as you get a feel of rural Greece.
