Hisar Holiday Club - Hisaronu - Turkey

The apartments at Hisar Holiday Club in Turkey are very spacious, well equipped & spotless & clean.

The pool area is also very clean & is a good place to be after midday as it offers shade but isn’t cold at all. The sunbeds are always available and we never had any need to get up early & lay towels plus they are very comfortable & padded.

The Hisar is located in the centre of Hisaronu but I found this to be an advantage as we did not have to walk far for anything. I didn’t find noise an issue at all & we have two children. It is a gem of a hotel once inside & you would never realise you are in the centre of the town at all.

I found Hisar Holiday Club to be one of the best resorts that we have stayed in, however on arrival they had overbooked & we had to stay elewhere for three nights. This was due to there being a new manager & a paper system that is not computerised. They were not truthful with us however and they made excuses from electrical faults to plumbing problems, plus it happened to many other couples while we were there.

This is lovely hotel, but be aware of the booking issue & take measures to ensure this does not happen to you, although I feel it should not put you off an otherwise great hotel.
