Catalonia Rivera Maya Resort - Puerto Aventuras - Mexico - Caribbean

Travelled to the Catalonia Riviera Maya for our daughter’s wedding. I could not fault anything about this place.

The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent & plentiful & the a la carte restaurants were really good also. Especially the Japanese, located in Puerto Aventuras, a peaceful area about one hour from Cancun.

The staff were fantastic & could not do enough for you, the entertainment was low key and the disco was far enough away so as not to disturb other residents. Our rooms were cleaned daily (we were in a standard room), were very big & overlooked the gardens. My daughter had an ocean view room with great views of the sea.
