Tony Wheeler, one of the founders of Lonely Planet, describes Tallinn as incredibly beautiful and the best way to take it all in is from the top of the Town Hall Tower. It’s a party city so there are plenty of clubs and bars but it’s the city’s architecture that’ll take your breath away.
