Tahiti - On The Road with Celeste Brash

Lonely Planet author Celeste Brash takes you back to the birthplace of surfing, Polynesia. Teahupoo, may be one of the quietest villages in Tahiti, but is famous for its huge waves. And when the Billabong Pro Surf Competition is held once a year, it turns this quiet little town into the centre of the surfing world. Celeste takes us to the surfing pro trials through to the main competition where she joins in to support the local crowd favourite, Manoa Drollet, as he makes his way into the finals.
